Petronas Twin Towers by idyllis Petronas Twin Towers by idyllis
revisiting an older photo with very similar composition- [link]
pp technique has changed, simplified and it took considerably less time than the previous attempt.
another difference is in the articulation of detail, where a 10mp photo obviously trumps a 4mp one. k10d

hey just a question. how did you get these colours?
Reply
:iconidyllis:
idyllis Featured By Owner Aug 5, 2007  Professional Photographer
in hue/saturation, choose colorize to make ur pic monotone. play with levels too. use lasso tool to select the areas u wish to manipulate. for your convenience, u can save the selection under Select> Save Selection. it helps when u want to rework a particular area. and uh, work and play with multiple layers. ;)

nah, i dont do it everytime.
out of like 20 shots i take, i only use one.
yeah i may b too discriminate, or prolly still too unskilled to make every shot a ';powershot' . :/
